Product structure composition:
The product is composed of open ring, fixed clamp, adjusting clamp, reinforcing block, simple straight rod or straight rod with hole.
[scope of application]
The product can be used for reduction and external fixation of long bone fracture of limbs by cooperating with metal bone pin.
[contraindications]
1. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 2. Patients with extensive skin diseases of injured limbs; 3. Patients unable to cooperate with postoperative management.
[usage]
1. When using external fixator to implement fracture external fixation operation, we should fully consider the patient's indication, the operation method and scheme to be adopted, and whether the patient can use the external fixator for external fixation operation.
2. Doctors who use external fixator for external fixation should have certain professional knowledge, master the skills of plastic surgery, bone lengthening and fracture external fixation with external fixator, or implement bone surgery under the guidance of experienced experts, and strictly abide by the principle of aseptic operation.
3. Different types, specifications and models of external fixator can be selected according to different parts and requirements.
4. X-ray examination of the affected limb, traction reduction, after meeting the requirements, then select the appropriate position under the X-ray drilling, screw in the metal bone needle, two to three on both sides of the broken end. According to the required position and angle, select different length bracket. The pin was clamped, and the external fixator was adjusted under X-ray until it was considered that the reduction of the amputated limb was ideal.
5. After the operation, X-ray examination should be carried out to confirm that the reduction is good, the adjustment and fastening parts are firm, so as to ensure the stable support of the external fixation bracket to the affected part in the recovery period. X-ray examination should be carried out regularly after the operation to know whether the fixed position of the affected part is still correct and whether there is displacement at any time. Check whether the external fixation instruments, needle clips and bone needles are loose at any time. Adjust and tighten the clamping parts that are easy to loosen every day, so as to prevent the loosening of the clamping position of the external fixation bracket caused by early activities of the patients.
6. Observe and record the patients according to the different conditions of operation. For patients with stable reduction and fixation, early activities should be carried out under the guidance of doctors. For unstable patients, early activities should be done under the guidance of doctors.
7. Although the external fixation bracket has been cleaned before delivery, it must be strictly sterilized according to the conventional method before operation, and then be used again. After the operation, observe and record according to the patient's condition, regularly check the tissue around the pinhole, and protect the pinhole (screw hole) to prevent the infection of the pinhole.
[precautions]
1. The external fixation bracket can only be used for fracture external fixation operation, and can not be used for other purposes, so as to prevent the external fixation device from being locked tightly due to improper operation and incorrect use method, and deformation of the bracket, steel pin, screw and fixation pin, resulting in the failure of the external fixation bracket and installation equipment.
2. The metal bone needle can only be used for one time, not for secondary use.
